Why & How I Work With Agencies As A Freelancer

You hear all the time that as a freelancer you need to find and service a specific niche instead of just trying to work with anyone that will hire you. This is good advice and I have spoken before about how I specifically work mainly with creative agencies. Working with agencies is great for me because they handle the sales process, all project management, and all the tasks that come along with working with a client. Then they hire me to do what it is that I enjoy, development. I get the benefit of a consistent stream of work, and they get the benefit of having me handle a large part of a project without having to hire a full-time developer.
